Navis are a common type of personal computer. They act as a human's physical interface to the Wired.

Navis can be accessed via speech, keyboard, or a Psyche chip.

Tachibana General Laboratories

Tachibana General Laboratories is a large multinational corporation that is a major player in the Wired. They are responsible for the development of Protocol 7, as well as a major distributor of Navi devices.

Protocol 7

Protocol 7 is a next-generation internet protocol that can address more than machines. Masami Eiri embedded his own consciousness into the protocol itself shortly before his suicide.

Accela

Accela is a nanomachine, treated as a drug, that when swallowed causes a person's brain to operate faster. Implied to be somehow traced to the Knights, and linked to the same Schumann resonance that the Psyche chips function on.
