Lain Iwakura

Lain Iwakura lives with her father Yasuo, her mother Miho, and her older sister Mika. She is quiet at school, but her best friend Alice makes sure to include her in their friend group's activities. She becomes more present once she is on the network.

At first, Lain is quietly confused when people talk about her seemingly omnipresent online personas, or the more aggressive Lain who appears at the club Cyberia. But as she becomes more involved in the society of the Wired, a question echoes in back of her mind: who really is Lain?
